Performer photographs and biographies are published here for press and promotional use in connection with the festival; they remain the property of the performers and their photographers.
Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, not on this website. Your purchase is also subject to Eventbrite's terms, and payment is handled by Eventbrite. Refund requests should be made through Eventbrite; we generally do not offer refunds except where a show is cancelled or rescheduled.
Lineups, performers, times and venues are subject to change. Where a show is cancelled outright, ticket holders will be refunded. The substitution of an announced performer is not on its own grounds for a refund.
Many festival venues are bars or breweries and set their own age restrictions and admission rules. Check the venue's policy before buying if that matters to you. Venues may refuse admission or remove anyone behaving in a way that disrupts a performance.
We make a good faith effort to review all materials submitted by comedians and to notify each applicant whether they are invited to perform. Submission fees are non-refundable, including where an application is unsuccessful.
By submitting an application you confirm that you have the right to the materials you send us, and you grant the festival permission to use your name, photograph, biography and submitted clip to promote the festival, on this website, in print and on social media. You may ask us to take your listing down at any time by emailing us.
Festival events are photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to appearing in photographs, audio or video taken at the event and to their use in festival promotion. Audience recording of performances is at the discretion of the performer and the venue.
The materials on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Helena Comedy Festival makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Helena Comedy Festival or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
